I saw this girl - on the bus - as an exception - because the L-train wasn´t running.
She looked kind of interesting - and I really liked her appearance.
So I decided to give her my card - “have a look at my work -
I really would like to try a photo-shooting with you”

some weeks later, she e-mailed me - that she skipped trough
my pics on the website and would like to work together with me…
as we were both pretty busy - some messages - back and forth,
but it unfortunately never happened to meet up.
With the end of the summer I had to leave and well, well - time went by…

**SEPTEMBER 2011
but: as soon as I decided to come back to NYC -
I also decided to write that girl another e-mail
(I always had in mind - it will be worth it)
for asking if she would like to catch up this time… and: a voila: we made it!
after one year, we saw each other, had a coffee and a talk.
honestly for the first time ever we had a real conversation
with each other and we realized that we actually get along quite well.
we met for selecting clothes the following days.
the rain messed up the first shooting-date -
and as we know now - it was just perfect like this.
as happy accidents so often are!
The weather was more or less on our side today,
inspiration and the intuition too… ;-)
